Know your market before your competitors do.
A monthly position page for every carrier in every state: share and movement, risk and rebate, Stars, benefit design and county standing, each read against the market. Every figure is dated, every comparison is to the market, and the whole thing refreshes every month.
Three tests lean to healthier members, one to coding intensity, one is never scored. Our read: healthier members, and it is not certain: both scores are built from submitted diagnoses, so uniform under-coding looks like health.
The Oregon page, October 2026. Figures on the live page refresh every month.
Where you are this month, and where you have been.
Your state pages rebuild the day the new month lands. Each one opens on your standing now and keeps the trail behind it, so a number is never just a number: it is a point on a line you can read.
Share, rank, members, counties led, risk, rebate, MLR, Stars and benefit design, each beside the market median, with the five-test verdict and a written read.
Your share and every competitor's across the last twelve months, the December-to-January step marked, this month's change named, and the counties where you gained or lost.
Risk score by payment year, Stars by rating year, members choosing to leave by year, benefit design against last year, and clinician panels against the prior year, all with the market drawn behind yours.
Twenty-two pages. Four areas. One state at a time.
Each page is a working tool: the figures up top, the chart under them, every table one click behind it, and a download. Pick a state; pick a carrier when you want one in focus.

Three tools your strategy team will live in.
Your contracts side by side: rating, legal entity, plan type, the states each is licensed for, members by county with the county's risk. Pick a contract at risk and a receiving contract and the page runs the move three ways, each a CMS rule stated on the page.
- Expand and non-renew
- The rating travels with the receiver; members must choose again, so a retention slider.
- Consolidate
- Members move and the survivor is re-rated on both contracts' measure scores, measure by measure, on this year's cut points.
- New contract
- Paid at the new-contract rate until it is rated.
For every candidate receiver: benchmark revenue kept, the rating after, and a fit score across the moved counties' population mix, with the incumbents you would meet there. Every receiving contract is listed, allowed or not, with the reason.

Year-over-year discharges and Medicare days sit on the Panel change page beside it. Fiscal years differ by hospital and the page says which.
Six pages that share one map and one set of identifiers, so a clinician on the network map carries their panel, their value tier and their group with them.

- Physician value
- Risk-adjusted cost per patient against specialty peers, the quality score and its parts, affiliated-hospital stars; tiered high value, efficient, high quality, around or below peers.
- Panel change

- Network builder
- Nine kinds of provider on a street map, your network built by click, the adequacy pre-check by county, and the population inside the radius by age.
- Competitor networks
- Each carrier's published directory on the same map: who they list, who takes new patients, the pull date, and whether their network would pass.
Read harder than anyone else reads the market.
- 01
- Every number is traceableEach figure names its vintage. Enrollment is this month's; plan payment runs two years behind and the page says so, instead of implying one "as of" date.
- 02
- Relative, never accusatoryCoding intensity is a signal between carriers in one market, with its evidence shown and its limit stated. The page never headlines a direction the tests do not support.
- 03
- Yours to extendPaste your own measure scores into the Stars manager, load your membership by county, and the same pages recompute on your numbers through the Livmor Developer API.
